I used to be all about cardio and hopping from one diet trend to the next, hoping for quick results. In 2016, my husband convinced me to try CrossFit. Reluctantly, I gave it a shot, afraid of getting "bulky." Turns out, I was wrong—I fell in love with strength training, feeling strong, and building muscle.

In 2017, I learned how to count macros through a gym challenge, and everything clicked. Combining proper nutrition with strength training transformed my body and confidence in ways I never thought possible.

By 2020, after friends and family encouraged me to turn my passion into a business, I founded OptiFit Nutrition, helping busy men & women achieve the body and health they deserve.

At OptiFit Nutrition, our coaches work with clients of all backgrounds—from professional athletes to vibrant 75-year-old grandmothers. My specialty is women’s health and nutrition, with a focus on supporting women 35+ as they navigate hormonal changes during perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause.
